Ministry Update: The 2025 Baptist Mid Missions of Brazil Conference

Our once-a-year BMMB conference is always a special highlight for our family. This year it was held near the city of Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará, and featured outstanding preaching by Pastor David de Bruyn, of Johannesburg, South Africa.

The missionaries gathered at this conference. I am constantly amazed at how God brings people from such diverse backgrounds together to do His work in a foreign country.

Finally, the conference took place next to a popular park on the beach called…wait for it…Beach Park. Among the attractions is a gigantic water slide called the Insano. Itacyara took the challenge, and we have proof.
