Camp Update: The Second Annual Ladies’ Retreat

Last year marked a first in the ministry of both the Mount Zion Baptist Camp and our state ladies’ association: the first ever ladies’ retreat held at our facilities. It went over so well that they decided to do it again this year. The second annual ladies’ retreat was last week, and I’m happy to report that it was a smashing success. Here are some pictures and videos.

There was special programming for the kids who were present.
The leadership of USAFEM (the name of our ladies’ association).
Speaker Ana Coeli Fontoura brought an outstanding series of messages on how Christian women can uphold their families.
At this conference Itacyara was elected the president of USAFEM for the 2024-2025 season. Here she is with the outgoing president.
The retreat was a time of spiritual growth, Bible study and prayer.
Itacyara and I are excited about the new crop of leaders that are coming up through the ranks.
