Snapshots of Missionary Life: Scenes from Camp
Last week our family spent some time out at camp preparing for our upcoming inaugural retreat. (You can read more about that here) In the process, managed to snap some interesting pictures.
On the way to camp we saw this fiberglass cover from an old telephone booth (once ubiquitous in Brazil, now virtually nonexistent), which has been repurposed as a water tank at a tire repair shop.
Running in front of the same tire repair shop, this unassuming railroad track.
This parrot with a political moniker can be seen at a market near the camp.
Mornings at Mount Zion Baptist Camp are always spectacular.
